Load Shedding Challenge FAQ
- How much does it cost to enter the challenge?
- Entries cost R1200 for the entire challenge. For this price, you will receive your own 12 weeks exercise program, the use of our mobile app, your unique meal plan, in-app check in and support and access to the exclusive Facebook support group.
- Do I need to have a gym membership to participate in the challenge?
- No, you do not need a gym membership. You will be able to follow the program from home with a few basic pieces of equipment like dumbbells and resistance bands.
- What does the load shedding Challenge entail?
- The Load Shedding Challenge is a 12 week program where we provide you with a unique meal plan and exercise schedule to follow for the duration of the 12 weeks. You will be required to submit a full body photo and your measurements at the begining, and end, of the challenge. The participant with the biggest transformation receives a prize of R5000. You will be given access to support and motivation in order to help you succeed and become a healthier, happier you!

- What payment methods are available?
- You can pay via credit card or instant EFT
- Do I physically have to meet up with someone, or is everything done online?
- No need to meet up, everything is done online
- How should I take before and after photos?
- Wear clothing that emphasise your full body shape (think swimwear). Having more of your body visible makes it easier for the judges to evaluate your transformation and for you to see the results of your hard work!
- Hold a newspaper depicting the start date clearly visible to the camera
- Make sure your picture is sharp, in focus and in high resolution
- Stand in front of a clear background like a white wall or curtain
- Take a full body photo by looking straight into the camera
- Look straight into the camera
- Assume a relaxed “normal” stance, do not pose
- Do not wear watches/ jewellery
- Do not copyright your photo

- Who sees my photos?
- Photos will only be seen and reviewed by the judges. Photos will be kept safe and private and will will only be published with your consent if you are one of the top 5 transformation participants
- When should I submit before and after photos and measurements?
- Before photos and measurements must be submitted on the first day of the challenge
- After photos and measurements must be submitted on the last day of the challenge
